Hi, we are Capt. Raymond and Capt. Cathy, Salvation Army officers serving as Pastors at Changi Corps. Since arriving in Singapore from the Philippines in 1993, we’ve ministered to youth at Gracehaven Children’s Home, served as church leaders at William Booth Corps, and led missions in Sarawak.  

We’ve journeyed with hundreds of vulnerable children, sharing Christ’s love and hope. Today, we support ex-offenders through Prison Support Services and care for dementia residents at Peacehaven Nursing Home.  

Our heart is to be a light for those in need, offering God’s love, mercy, and grace through every season of ministry.
