Our campus was dedicated by The Bishop of Singapore, Rt. Reverend. Dr Moses Tay Leng Kong on 16 May 1987 and was formerly known as St. Andrew’s Cathedral Child Development Centre. We have many community amenities around us and using these helps the children foster a sense of belonging in the neighbourhood.

Centre Chaplain

I am Kelvin Koo, Pastor-in-charge for Westside Anglican Church (WAC) and Jurong Anglican Church Mandarin (JACM). Prior to my full-time service as a Pastor, I worked in Accounting, Auditing, and Strategic Planning in the Oil and Gas Industry for about twenty-five years. In addition, I had the opportunity to undertake overseas assignments in China and Europe for about eight years.

At the age of 50, I responded to the call of God to go for theological education in Trinity Theological College for four years. I was studying on a part-time basis and serving the church at the same time. My current scope of work is diverse, covering both operational and spiritual roles. However, I know that God is my helper in times of need.

The role of Chaplain is undoubtedly a new area for me. I am excited to see how God will use me in the days to come. May the Will of God be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
