Little Seeds Preschool (Calvary Baptist Church) is a preschool in Potong Pasir near Bidadari, housed within the church compound itself, with lots of fresh air and sunlight! Other than enjoying the facilities within, like the big playground that brings a lot of learning outside of the classroom, the preschool also has a close partnership with the community.

Mavis Chia-Lim the Centre Chaplain Calvary Baptist ChurchBefore Little Seeds Preschool began in 2019, this place was known as Calvary Baptist Kindergarten—where my grandfather brought my sister and me to preschool. That’s where our journey with Calvary Baptist Church began, through Sunday School and later as members.  

It’s such a joy to now serve as one of the chaplains at Little Seeds Preschool—the very place where I first learnt about Jesus. What a privilege it is to now share Bible stories and encourage the children in their faith!

Hi, I’m Fabian, Chaplain at LSP (Calvary Baptist Church). I’m married to Julie, and we have two loving and cheeky boys, James and Micah, who both attend LSP. I also serve as the Young Adults and Family Life Director at Calvary, and I’m thankful to work where my children go to preschool. 

Leading chapel and seeing the children in the hallways reminds me of how Jesus welcomed little ones and taught us that we are to enter the kingdom of God like the little ones do, trusting and depending on Him. It’s a joy and privilege to walk alongside the children in their faith journey.
