What Makes Our Bukit Panjang Preschool &
Childcare Experience Truly Different
A Purposefully Designed Environment That Supports Comfort, Curiosity, and Growth
Learning feels more meaningful when children feel safe and welcomed. Our Bukit Panjang campus features warm, spacious areas where little ones can play, explore, and settle into daily routines comfortably. Thoughtfully arranged corners for reading, sensory play, and imaginative activities help children feel at ease from the moment they arrive. Families looking for a Bukit Panjang preschool often appreciate how the environment balances comfort with purposeful learning experiences.
Strong Community Connections That Bring Learning to Life
Everyday moments in the neighbourhood become meaningful opportunities for children to observe, ask questions, and build confidence. Short walks, nature encounters, and simple class projects anchor learning in real-life experiences that feel familiar and engaging. These interactions encourage children to see their surroundings as a safe space for discovery and connection.
Educators Who Nurture Social, Emotional, and Character Development
Our teachers bring warmth, attentiveness, and steady guidance to each child’s day. They take time to understand each learner’s needs, helping children develop trust, resilience, and confidence through relationships built on care. With ongoing professional development, our educators continue to enrich classroom experiences with reflective, child-centred practices.
Building a Bilingual Foundation Through Meaningful Daily Encounters
Children encounter English and Mandarin through songs, stories, conversations, and play, allowing both languages to become a natural part of their school experience. This gentle, consistent exposure helps children understand rhythm, tone, and expression in both languages, supporting their early communication skills in an enjoyable way.

Caring childcare teachers and nurturing environment for preschoolersPosted on Tirzani MelvinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My daughter has attended Little Seeds (Ascension) since N1 and she absolutely loves it there! From the very beginning, she felt safe, happy, and excited to go to school — and as a parent, that means everything. The teachers are amazing. We can really feel how passionate and caring they are. They make the kids feel so loved and supported, and my daughter talks about them all the time. It’s clear they put their heart into what they do. The principal is also super approachable and easy to talk to, which makes communication really smooth. It feels like a real partnership between parents and the school. One thing we really enjoy as a family is all the family-based activities they organize. It makes us feel connected and involved in our child’s preschool journey, not just dropping her off and picking her up. Overall, Little Seeds has been such a warm and positive place for our little one to grow. We’re really thankful we found it!Posted on Jocelyn TanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've had a wonderful experience with LSP Ascension these past years. Greetings to all of you!
My name is Susie Lim, the Chaplain for both LSP (TSA – Bukit Batok) and LSP (TSA – Bukit Panjang), deployed by The Salvation Army, William Booth Corps. Michael Lau, my fellow colleague is the other Chaplain who is alternating the shift with me since last year. We conduct four sessions of morning assembly per week in both centres. Children, teachers, principals and staff are all very familiar with us as we are like a big family. It is a great joy to share, teach, and interact with the little ones (ages from 18 months to 6 years old) on Christian Values and Good Character through stories from the Bible, to spur and encourage them to work hard and develop their character so that they can grow up to be good and responsible citizens of Singapore. Besides that, I would also spend some time listening to the little ones and the prayer needs of the staff. I would pray for them as well as bring the prayer pointers up to my church’s team to pray (strictly kept confidential).
I am married with two kids, aged 20+ and 18+. About three years ago, I resigned from my role as a principal cum teacher at a Christian Child Care Centre to join The Salvation Army at William Booth Corps as a full-time Community Services Coordinator. I have been attending this church for more than twenty over years. I serve in the church as a Volunteer Sunday School Teacher in the Children’s Ministry. I am also serving in the Flower Ministry, doing the flower arrangement/offering for my church every Sunday to beautify the altar for the glory of God. Being a Community Services Coordinator, I am deployed by the church to connect and build relationships with different groups of communities of different backgrounds and cultures. I also serve at The Salvation Army William Booth Corps @ Bukit Panjang Student Care Centre, CDE (Centre for Domestic Employees) – a shelter for abused domestic workers, and The Salvation Army, Haven Children’s Home. Planning programs, schedules, special events and mentoring new recruits/volunteers are also part of my role as well. Attached my email and reachable contact should you need some assistance. God bless.
