LSP (St. James' Church) is a wonderful place for children to spend their preschool years. The school campus has been revamped and has a brighter, more open space for children to play and learn. Our children have been blessed to learn under teachers who genuinely care and love the children. The school focuses on values-based learning. We particularly liked the creative methods adopted by the school to introduce primary school to them.
Our family has had a wonderful experience with LSP (St James Church). Both of our children are currently attending, and it has been such a positive environment for their early learning and development. The teachers are incredibly caring, attentive, and patient. They create a warm and nurturing atmosphere where the children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn each day. The school also provides a well-balanced program that includes learning through play, creative activities, and opportunities for the children to interact and collaborate with their classmates. We are very grateful to the entire team at LSP (St James Church) for their dedication and commitment to nurturing young learners.
My son started his N2 journey at the beginning of the year. Having placed him at 3 schools previously, because we moved houses, I had a chance to see the differences in teaching between the 3 schools. LSP (SJC), is the best choice as the teachers are very caring and passionate about nurturing the children. In short, within 5 months, I was able to see the growth in my son becoming more independent.
The most wonderful preschool ever! This is the third year our children are in St James', and we couldn't love it more. It is truly like one big family. The principal, teachers and staff are phenomenal! Gentle, nurturing and with a genuine heart of love for the children. You can really tell that they view teaching as a calling to shape young hearts and minds, rather than just a job. The school places a strong emphasis on inculcating good character and values, and the entire team really leads by example.
We love LSP St. James! My girl is always so happy to see her teachers and knows all their names, not just from her class but everybody and even the principal. We are so appreciative of the love and the care that the teachers have for the children and we are so thankful that we enrolled her here.
Children deepen their love for words and stories through the exploration of carefully selected storybooks, author studies, performance, and fiction and non-fiction experiences. Through discussion, response and creative expression, they develop expressive communication, imagination and early writing skills.
Through immersive Mandarin drama experiences, children bring selected stories to life through role play, creative movement, music effects, story development and use of space and materials, building confidence, creativity and cultural appreciation.
